Welcome to JAYS! Our charming homestay is perched atop Gora Hill in Kutaisi’s historic district. Built-in 2021 by Noda & Elza, Jays is more than just a place to rest your head—it’s your home away from home in this vibrant corner of Georgia.

Our homestay has the most amazing view of the city, including Bagrati Cathedral, Gelati temple, and the Kolkheti Valley. You’ll be able to enjoy this magical view right from your balcony. Plus, we’re right in the middle of the historical district, just an 18-minute walk from the famous Kolkhi Fountain.

But, it’s not just about where we are — it’s about who we are (we’ll get to that in a sec). Our new three-story homestay is designed with all the stuff you need for a comfy stay, including essentials in every room. We’re on a peaceful street, away from all the city racket, surrounded by nature and clean air. No car fumes here!

Noda: Chief Adventure Officer, your designated thrill-seeker and freelance explorer. From conquering mountain trails on my trusty bike to making waves kayaking and rafting, I’m all about the adrenaline rush. When I’m not showing nature who’s boss, I’m showing off my mad tennis skills – watch out, Wimbledon!

Elza: Culinary Wizard! maestro of the Georgian and Guru in the Megrelian kitchen! Cooking is my jam, and I’ve been unofficially crowned the “Best Cook in the Universe” (I did this). From whipping up local delights to experimenting with international flavors, I’m here to tantalize your taste buds and make your stomach happy-dance, get ready to have a Jays-tastic time!

Любая помощь, любые вопросы, помогут без проблем. Трепетно относятся к своим посетителям.

Nice cats 😺 Very hospitable and friendly hosts that truly care of their guests and make you feel at home.
